After several years working in community mental health, I am practiced in working with a variety of diagnoses, symptoms, and life experiences. Drawing upon my training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, my experience with mindfulness practice, and my knowledge of somatic and physiological processes, we will work together to move through what holds you back.

Working from an abolitionist framework, I am interested in the ways in which systems impact individual functioning, as well as how the individual engages with systems.  I am affirming of all lifestyles, orientations and identities, and invite you into a nonjudgemental therapeutic relationship.

Specialties: Trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence and psychosis.

Insurances/fees: BCBS PPO, United, Cigna, and Aetna, medicare and medicaid. Sliding scale fee and pro bono
