I provide trauma-informed care for individuals, couples in different relationship arrangements, and families of all ages. My work is centered on improving one’s attitudes towards experiencing life through present-moment awareness, free association, and individual and collective advocacy. I will assist you in increasing your awareness of your integrity, identities, resources, and influence on the systems that shape your life. My approach is informed by psychoanalysis, DBT, ACT, Harm reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. With those tools, we can explore and develop new ways to relate and live with more meaning and joy.
